Mortise entry lockset for commercial

This MAXTECH mortise entry lockset fits the same door preparation as Marks Metro 116A and 114A models. It is built for heavy-duty use on both commercial and residential doors with a 2-1/2 inch backset. The lockset operates with a cylinder on the outside and a thumb turn on the inside.

Screwless lever plates and rekeyable cylinder

Through-bolted screwless lever plate assemblies provide a clean appearance without visible fasteners. Independent spring-loaded captivated spindles and lever support springs keep the levers rigid and aligned. The solid brass 1-1/8 inch 5-pin cylinder is easy to rekey and comes with two keys.

Left-hand orientation and ADA-compliant lever design

This unit is configured for left-hand doors only and cannot be used on right-hand openings. The ADA-compliant lever meets accessibility requirements for handicap applications. Buyers who need a right-hand lockset or a different backset measurement will require a different model.
