Injection-moulded polycarbonate four-piece kit shields the official Flipper Zero Wi-Fi developer board built on a 1.2 mm PCB
This injection-moulded polycarbonate case set is engineered exclusively for the official Flipper Zero Wi-Fi Developer Board with a 1.2 mm PCB thickness. It will not fit clone or third-party boards that use thicker or inconsistent PCB dimensions. The four-piece kit delivers a smooth finish and consistent dimensions that 3D-printed alternatives cannot match. High-strength PC material resists drops, scratches and daily wear during real-world use.
Moulded PC construction eliminates the layer lines and dimensional variance common with printed cases, so the board locks securely without structural interference. The upgrade is worthwhile when you need repeatable fitment and impact resistance that survives transport and field testing. The Wi-Fi Developer Board itself is not included in the package.
Builders working with unofficial or clone Wi-Fi dev boards should look elsewhere because the tighter tolerances prevent proper closure. Users who need a bare board or a different form factor will not benefit from this enclosure.

Yes, the injection-moulded polycarbonate case is designed exclusively for official Flipper Zero Wi-Fi Developer Boards that have a 1.2 mm PCB thickness.
Align the board carefully inside the two halves, then press firmly around the perimeter until every clip snaps shut; the most common mistake is leaving one corner unlatched.
The polycarbonate shell is impact-resistant, but the plastic retention clips can fatigue after repeated opening; keep a spare set if you swap boards often.
