Expands each of the 44 ESP32-S3 GPIO pins into two connections for more sensors and modules
This pack contains five identical breakout boards that turn every GPIO pin on an ESP32-S3 module into two accessible pins. The design targets makers and engineers who need more I/O connections than the stock header provides. Each board mates with the standard 44-pin footprint used by N8R2 and N16R8 modules. The five-unit quantity suits prototype farms, classroom kits or multi-node sensor deployments.
The 44-pin interface mirrors the ESP32-S3 development board layout so alignment is exact and contact is reliable. Every one of the 44 pins is split into two, effectively doubling the available connection points for sensors, displays or actuators. This headroom supports dense multi-sensor arrays and complex smart-home prototypes without resorting to fragile jumper webs. The fixed 44-pin count means the board cannot serve larger pin-count modules or non-standard footprints.
The PCB layout keeps trace lengths short and spacing consistent to preserve signal integrity across the doubled pins. In typical bench operation the board runs passive, adding no active components that would generate heat or draw measurable extra current. No fan or heatsink is required and acoustic noise is absent. The mechanical fit resists vibration-induced intermittent faults during long-running IoT deployments.

The board uses a standard 44-pin GPIO interface that matches the pinout of ESP32-S3 N8R2 and N16R8 modules, giving a tight fit and secure connection.
Probe each duplicated pin pair with a multimeter or toggle them in code; both pins in a pair should show identical logic levels if the expansion is functioning.
Only the five bare expansion boards are supplied; pin headers, jumper wires and any sensor cables must be purchased separately.
