What This Set Includes

This MCHOSE lanyard set contains two pads, one adjustable neck strap and one wrist strap. The pieces work together to let you carry a smartphone around your neck, across your body or on your wrist. It is intended for anyone who wants hands-free access while shopping, walking or attending events.

Compatibility Requirement

The pads must be threaded through the charging port cut-out of a fully covered phone case. Half-cover cases are explicitly not supported, so the product will not work if your case leaves the bottom edge open or lacks a suitable opening.

How the Accessories Change Use

The adjustable neck strap allows the length to be shortened for a chest-bag style carry or lengthened for a cross-body hang. The wrist strap provides a shorter tether for quick grab-and-go moments. Both straps attach to the same pad, so you can swap between carrying styles without removing the case.

Questions about this item

How does the adjustable length work when the lanyard is worn around the neck?

The neck strap length can be shortened or lengthened so the phone sits at chest height or hangs lower, letting you switch between crossbody and necklace styles without removing the strap.

What charging-port clearance does the included pad provide?

The thin pad threads through the charging cut-out of a full-coverage case and leaves the port open, so you can plug in a cable without detaching the lanyard.

What case design is required for the pad to install correctly?

The pad only fits cases that fully cover the bottom edge with a charging hole; half-cover or bumper-style cases without that opening are not supported.
