Pair of rechargeable amplifiers

The MEDca digital hearing amplifier ships as a matched pair of behind-the-ear units designed for adults who want amplification without a prescription. Each device uses a 2019 updated design that charges from the supplied USB dock and requires no programming before first use.

Near-invisible fit with bendable earline

The lightweight bodies sit discreetly behind the ear while a flexible earline and nine included comfort plugs adapt to different canal shapes. A hard plastic storage case, cleaning set and storage bag keep the amplifiers protected between uses.

One-touch volume and noise cancelling

A single control adjusts volume on each unit and the built-in noise-cancelling circuit reduces background sound during conversation. The USB rechargeable dock eliminates disposable batteries so the amplifiers are ready after an overnight charge.

Questions about this item

How does the USB rechargeable dock charge the hearing amplifiers?

Place each amplifier in the dock and connect the dock to a USB power source using the included adapter; the dock charges both units simultaneously.

What physical items come in the box to ensure a secure fit behind the ear?

The package includes nine Easy Comfort ear plugs in assorted sizes and a bendable earline that can be shaped to the contour of each ear.

What is the correct way to adjust the volume after turning the amplifiers on?

Use the single touch volume control on each device; a common mistake is pressing and holding instead of tapping once per volume step.
