Personal Sound Amplification Device

The MEDca set is a rechargeable behind-the-ear amplifier designed for adults and seniors who need clearer sound in daily situations. It arrives ready to use with no programming required. A simple volume dial allows one-finger adjustment for immediate listening comfort.

All-Day Rechargeable Battery

The built-in battery provides a full day of operation on a single charge so there is no need to purchase or swap disposable cells. When the battery runs low the unit must be recharged before it can amplify sound again. Users who need continuous operation without downtime should plan for charging breaks.

High-Performance Digital Circuitry

The internal circuitry reduces background noise while clarifying the human voice you want to hear. This processing happens automatically once the device is turned on and the volume is set. No additional software, smartphone app or accessories are included to modify the sound profile.

Questions about this item

Will the beige behind-the-ear units sit comfortably alongside my existing glasses frames?

The lightweight behind-the-ear design is made to rest on the ear without adding bulk, so most spectacle wearers find the two sit together without pressure points.

How can I confirm the rechargeable battery is delivering the advertised all-day runtime after my first charge?

Charge the units fully, turn them on at your chosen volume setting and note the time; if they continue amplifying speech clearly for a full waking day without the sound fading, the battery is performing as intended.

Which ear tips and charging accessories are included, and do I need to purchase anything extra to start using the set?

The set ships with the two beige amplifiers, a charging base or cable, and a selection of ear domes for different ear-canal sizes; no additional purchase is required for basic operation.
