Questions about this item

Do I need to buy any additional accessories to use the MEDca hearing amplifiers right away?

No, the pair includes adjustable ear hooks, 10 sizes of soft silicone ear plugs, a charging dock, USB cables and a wall adapter so they work straight out of the box.

Will these amplifiers still function if I keep using my existing wired headphones for phone calls?

Yes, the devices are independent behind-the-ear units with their own on/off button and volume dial, so they operate separately from any headphones you already own.

How can I confirm the amplifiers are fully charged and ready for a full day of use?

After placing them in the included charging docks, a full charge provides up to 16 hours of battery life, giving you all-day operation before the next recharge.
