MEDca Hearing Aid Clip with Loops

The MEDca Hearing Aid Clip secures behind-the-ear hearing aids and personal sound amplifiers against loss or damage. A flexible silicone loop fits most BTE instruments from 1" to 1.25". The loop connects via lobster clasp to a sturdy cord ending in a locking clip that attaches to clothing. A slider adjusts cord length for comfort and security.

Suits active adults wanting loss protection

Adults who wear behind-the-ear hearing aids daily and want to prevent accidental loss will find this clip useful. It is not suitable for in-the-ear or completely-in-canal hearing aid styles. Users who prefer a neckloop or lanyard without a clothing clip should consider a different retention method.

Fits BTE hearing aids 1" to 1.25

The three included silicone loops accommodate behind-the-ear hearing aids measuring between 1" and 1.25". This size range determines whether the clip will securely hold a specific device. Buyers should verify their hearing aid dimensions fall within this range before purchasing.

Questions about this item

What comes in the package and do I need to buy anything else?

The pack includes the retention cord with lobster clasps, a locking clothing clip, a cord-length slider, three silicone loops sized 1" to 1.25" and a durable plastic carry case. Nothing extra is required.

Which loop size should I choose for my behind-the-ear hearing aid?

Measure the body of your device; the three supplied loops cover the 1" to 1.25" range, so pick the loop that fits snugly without stretching.

How does the 1.25" maximum loop size work once the aid is clipped on?

The largest loop stretches to 1.25" to hold bigger behind-the-ear models, while the lobster clasp and locking clip keep the aid tethered to your clothing if it falls out.
