Compact 68-key mechanical keyboard

The MELGEEK Mojo68 Pigeon is a 68-key mechanical keyboard with a plastic frame and ANSI layout. It uses Gateron Pro White linear switches and ABS double-shot keycaps in a Pigeon colourway. Three connection modes — 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth and wired USB-C — are supported across Windows, Android, Linux, Mac and iOS.

Suits multi-device users.

Hot-swap PCB lets owners change switches without soldering, while gasket mount with silicone and Poron foam dampens sound and adds an elastic typing feel. RGB backlighting is included. The keyboard pairs with up to eight devices and switches between them via FN shortcuts, making it practical for users who move between a desktop, laptop, tablet and phone. Buyers who require a dedicated numpad or an integrated palm rest should look elsewhere.

Gateron Pro White linear switches

The pre-installed Gateron Pro White switches are linear with a light actuation force, which determines the overall typing weight and sound profile. Because the PCB is hot-swappable, any incompatible switch choice can be corrected later, but the stock switch character is the primary factor in whether this board matches a user's preference.

Questions about this item

Does the Mojo68 Pigeon need a USB-C port on my computer for the wired connection?

Yes, the included Type-C cable plugs into a USB-C port for wired use; the keyboard also works wirelessly via the 2.4 GHz dongle or Bluetooth.

Can I keep using my existing ANSI keycap sets with the Gateron Pro White switches?

The board uses a standard 68-key ANSI layout and the stock ABS double-shot keycaps are MX-stem compatible, so most aftermarket sets will fit the Gateron Pro White switches.

How do I confirm the RGB backlight and hot-swap PCB are functioning after setup?

Cycle through the RGB LED modes with the function keys to see all colours, then press each of the 68 keys to verify every switch registers; the hot-swap sockets are working if a switch can be pulled and replaced without soldering.
