Metal Detector Pinpointer Fully Waterproof Handheld Pin Pointer Wand

Underwater Treasure Pinpointer

This fully waterproof handheld probe is built for detectorists who need precise target location in rivers, lakes or wet sand. The 360° omnidirectional tip narrows the search area before you dig, while audio and vibration alerts increase proportionally as you approach metal. One-button operation and a built-in LED keep the workflow simple in low light. At .6 pounds it stays comfortable during long sessions.

Submersion Limit Three Metres

The IP-rated housing is certified to 3m or 9.8 feet, so it handles shallow seabed, riverside and beach work but not deeper diving. You must tighten the battery cover before every immersion or water will enter the electronics. Salt water requires a thorough freshwater rinse afterwards to prevent corrosion. The probe lacks a depth readout, so you rely on feel and the alert tone to judge target depth.

Upgrade From Handheld Coil Wands

This pinpointer replaces bulky single-coil wands that only scan a narrow cone and lack vibration feedback. The jump is worth it when you regularly hunt in water, need one-handed operation at night, or want faster recovery of coins, jewellery and relics in trashy soil. It will not replace a full-size detector for initial ground coverage or deep targets beyond the probe's reach.
