Scale Fighter Model Kit

This Metal Earth kit builds a true-to-scale steel replica of the North American P-51D Mustang named "Sweet Arlene". It is designed for adult collectors and hobby enthusiasts who enjoy detailed assembly projects. The officially licensed model reproduces the aircraft flown by Lt. Bowers of the 334th Squadron.

Laser-Cut Steel Sheets

The kit contains 58 parts etched from thin steel sheets that fold and tab together without glue or paint. Tweezers or similar tools are recommended to handle the small components during assembly. A display stand is included for the finished model, which measures approximately 4.5 by 5.5 by 2.5 inches.

Challenging Difficulty Level

Rated as challenging, this kit demands patience and fine motor skills to complete the detailed exterior. The sealed model features no openings, presenting a solid exterior surface once assembled. It suits builders seeking a complex display piece rather than a quick snap-together project.
