Smart Lock for Narrow Stile Doors

The Meterk Dermum S1 is a keyless entry deadbolt designed for out-opening and narrow stile storefront doors. It serves homeowners, rental hosts and property managers who need remote access control without replacing the entire door hardware. The black metal finish suits front, interior, exterior and bedroom doors alike.

Fits Standard Pre-Drilled Doors

Installation requires only a screwdriver and works with existing door preparations, so no new bore holes or mortising are needed. The lock operates on battery power, freeing the installer from wiring to an electrical supply. A separate gateway connects the lock to Wi-Fi for app and voice control; without it the lock still functions with local codes, fingerprints, fobs and keys.

Replaces Traditional Keyed Deadbolts

The upgrade is worthwhile when you want to issue and revoke temporary codes for guests or cleaners from a phone, receive real-time unlock notifications or use voice commands via Alexa or Google Assistant. It is not suited for doors that lack a standard cylindrical cut-out or for buyers who need a mortise lock body or a hard-wired power connection.
