Questions about this item

How do I install the OKP-BX keypad without drilling or wiring the wall?

The upgraded design mounts without drilling or wiring; make sure the garage door is fully closed, then follow the included manual's programming steps quickly to avoid a timeout.

What maintenance will the OKP-BX keypad need later?

It runs on alkaline batteries, so you will replace them when the backlit numbers dim or the keypad stops responding.

What limits the OKP-BX keypad during sustained daily use?

Battery life is the first limit; alkaline cells deplete with repeated transmissions and backlight use, requiring periodic replacement.
