Motion Sensor Switch — No Neutral Required
The Meterk RZ020-5A-S is a single-pole wall switch that operates without a neutral or ground wire, making it suitable for older two-wire installations. It controls resistive, ballast, tungsten and LED loads up to 5.0 A at 120 VAC and includes a wall plate. A minimum 3 W load prevents flickering on low-power LEDs.
120 VAC 5.0 A Rating — Load Limits
The switch handles standard ballast, electronic ballast, tungsten and LED lighting at 5.0 A and motors up to 1/6 HP on a 120 VAC, 50/60 Hz supply. It is FCC listed for indoor single-pole use only and is not compatible with three-way circuits. Loads below 3 W may flicker, so verify lamp wattage before installing.
Button Adjustments — No Tools Needed
Settings for time delay, ambient light threshold and sensitivity are changed by pressing buttons on the face — no screwdriver or wall-plate removal required. Modes include occupancy, vacancy and manual on/off override, with time delays from 15 seconds to 30 minutes and light thresholds of 15, 25 or 35 lux. The large button toggles the load temporarily; the small button locks manual mode.
