Universal 11 mm Stem Fit

These 2-inch office chair wheels mount on a standard 11 mm stem and arrive as a set of five in grey. The plug-and-play design lets you replace old casters in minutes without tools.

Ideal for Mixed Flooring, Not for 1KEA

The soft polyurethane tread protects hardwood, carpet, tile and laminate from scratches while rolling quietly. Chairs with a different stem diameter or 1KEA models are not compatible.

Five Wheels and an Instruction Sheet

The box contains exactly five dual-wheel casters plus a single instruction page. No extra hardware or software is included, so installation relies on the existing chair base.

Questions about this item

What stem diameter and length must my chair already have for these 11 mm wheels to fit?

The chair must accept a 11 mm diameter stem that is 22 mm long; the set will not fit chairs with a different stem size such as 1KEA models.

Will these 2 inch dual rubber casters roll smoothly on the same hardwood or carpet where my old plastic wheels left marks?

Yes, the non-marking polyurethane tread protects hardwood, carpet, tile and laminate while the four precision bearings keep motion quiet.

How can I confirm the five wheels are supporting the rated load after I press them into the base?

Sit in the chair and swivel 360°; if the casters turn freely without binding or noise the 200 kg capacity is engaged.
