Multi-Purpose Cleaner 175 fl oz

Metra 31524 is a commercial-grade cleaner designed for facilities that need cleaning, degreasing and deodorising in one product. It suits maintenance teams in offices, schools, healthcare sites and other high-traffic environments.

PH Neutral Formula

The bleach-free, pH neutral concentrate dilutes at four ounces per gallon of water for routine mopping or applies full strength for heavier soiling. This dilution ratio reduces chemical consumption while maintaining effectiveness on hard surfaces.

Spring Scent 24-Hour Freshness

The included fragrance lingers for twenty-four hours after application, leaving a noticeable spring scent on floors, linens, uniforms and cleaning towels. Packaging may vary but the formulation and dilution guidance remain consistent.
