Metra 7030 Concentrated Instant House Wash 56 oz Yellow

House Wash for Exterior Surfaces

This concentrated gel removes fungus, mildew and mold stains from stone exteriors. The 56 fluid-ounce bottle is ready to dilute and apply with a sprayer or brush. It suits homeowners and maintenance crews who need a phosphate-free cleaner for large areas. The formula is unscented and contains no batteries or hazardous radio components.

Sustained Cleaning Performance

The gel clings to vertical surfaces so the active ingredients keep working during the dwell time needed for heavy staining. Because the product is phosphate free, runoff is less harmful to landscaping and waterways. One bottle delivers 75 percent higher capacity than the standard reference size, reducing the frequency of re-orders on big jobs. The container is made from 100 percent recycled plastic.

Upgrade From Smaller Cleaners

Users moving up from quart-sized bottles gain fewer refill interruptions and lower cost per cleaned square foot. The jump makes sense when a single project covers multiple walls, driveways or roof sections. It is not suited for buyers who only spot-clean small patches or who need a product approved for interior food-contact surfaces.
