Multi-purpose sports cleaner

Metra 93005 is a plant-powered spray that cleans and deodorises sports equipment in one step. The 16 fl oz bottle contains a blend of four essential oils plus gentle cleaning agents. It removes odours from helmets, gloves, pads and bags used in boxing, hockey, football and many other activities. No quats, artificial fragrances, alcohol, CIT or BIT are included.

Athletes and gym owners

The spray suits anyone who wants a single product for both protective gear and hard gym surfaces such as benches, dumbbells and cardio consoles. It is not for buyers who need a concentrated refill system or a formula approved for medical-grade disinfection. Teams requiring bulk containers larger than 16 fl oz should look elsewhere.

Essential-oil formula

Four essential oils — ho wood, tea tree, lavender and eucalyptus — drive the cleaning and deodorising action. The water-based mixture relies on these plant extracts rather than harsh synthetic chemicals. This composition decides whether the product matches a buyer’s preference for naturally derived ingredients.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy anything else to use it?

The 16 Fl Oz spray bottle is the only item included. No extra tools or accessories are required; just spray and follow the air-dry or wipe-down directions on the label.

Which version or capacity should I choose for boxing gloves and gym equipment?

The single 16 Fl Oz size (model 93005EACH) is the only option listed and is designed for multi-purpose use on gloves, pads, helmets, bags and gym surfaces.

How long does the 16 oz bottle last when spraying helmets, gloves and cardio machines regularly?

Usage varies by surface area and frequency, but each application uses only a light mist so the 16 oz bottle covers many sessions before needing replacement.
