Double Din Dash Kit for Cadillac Escalade 2002

The Metra 95-3004 kit enables installation of an ISO DDIN aftermarket radio into a 2002 Cadillac Escalade or Escalade EXT. The trim panel is painted and textured to match the factory finish. Included brackets and a cutting template support a clean dashboard integration.

Suits owners fitting a double din radio.

This kit suits owners replacing the factory head unit with a double din aftermarket radio. It does not suit installations that retain the original single din opening or vehicles outside the listed 2002 Escalade models. Separate wiring harnesses and antenna adapters are required for electrical connection.

ISO DDIN radio provision

The defining specification is the ISO DDIN radio provision, which dictates that only a double din chassis will fit the opening. The kit includes the painted trim panel, mounting brackets and a cutting template. Wiring harnesses 70-1858 or 70-1859 and antenna adapter 40-GM10 are sold separately.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 95-3004 kit or a different Metra kit for my 2002 Cadillac Escalade?

The 95-3004 is the specific model listed for the 2002 Cadillac Escalade and Escalade EXT, so select this part number for those vehicles.

What does the ISO DDIN radio provision mean once the kit is installed in my dashboard?

It means the opening accepts any standard double-DIN aftermarket head unit, giving you a factory-looking mount for a 4-inch tall stereo.

Which wiring harnesses and antenna adapter does this dash kit require for a complete installation?

You will need harness 70-1858 or 70-1859 for amplified models, plus antenna adapter 40-GM10, all sold separately.
