Double DIN kit for 2004-2010 Touareg

The Metra 95-9009 allows owners of the Volkswagen Touareg produced between 2004 and 2010 to install a double DIN head unit or two single DIN radios. It is moulded from high-grade ABS plastic and contoured to follow the factory dashboard lines for an integrated appearance.

Installers needing a precise dashboard fit

This kit suits DIY installers and professionals who want a factory-style finish without fabricating custom brackets. Buyers whose Touareg falls outside the 2004-2010 range or who plan to retain the original single DIN radio should look at other solutions.

Questions about this item

Do I need to supply my own mounting brackets and wiring harness to install the 95-9009 kit in a 2004-2010 VW Touareg?

The kit contours to the factory dashboard using high-grade ABS plastic and is designed for double DIN or two single DIN radios; mounting brackets and a vehicle-specific wiring harness are sold separately.

Will the 95-9009 kit fit around my original climate controls and factory steering wheel buttons in a 2004-2010 Touareg?

The contoured ABS fascia matches the dashboard shape for a flush fit; retaining steering wheel controls requires a separate adapter not included with this installation kit.
