Metra Ceiling Fan Cleaner Duster

The Metra Ceiling Fan Cleaner Duster is a two-pack cleaning kit designed for household dusting tasks. Each unit features a microfiber duster head with a hole-shaped centre that fits over fan blades. An adjustable aluminium-alloy extension pole reaches from 13 to 48 inches. The lightweight construction weighs 0.558 kilograms and includes a hanging hole for storage.

Best for high ceilings and tight corners

Homeowners who need to clean ceiling fans, crown moulding, window tops and bookshelves without a ladder will find the extendable pole useful. The soft microfiber yarn traps dust while protecting delicate surfaces from scratches. Buyers who require a powered duster, a vacuum attachment or a pole longer than 48 inches should look at other solutions.

Microfiber head and adjustable reach

The plush microfiber material increases the cleaning area and adsorbs dust effectively in corners and along blade edges. The four-segment pole locks at lengths between 13 and 48 inches, covering low furniture and standard ceiling heights. Very high cathedral ceilings or commercial spaces beyond 48 inches exceed the pole's maximum reach.

Questions about this item

What ceiling height can the 13-to-48-inch extension pole reach?

The four-segment aluminium pole telescopes from 13 to 48 inches, letting you dust standard ceiling fans and high window tops without a step stool.

Will the microfiber heads scratch painted walls or varnished bookshelves I want to keep?

The soft microfiber yarn is designed to protect surfaces from scratching while its plush fibres reach into corners and trap dust.

How do I know the duster is actually grabbing dust instead of just pushing it around?

The centre hole wraps around each fan blade, and the microfiber’s strong adsorption pulls dust in — you will see the fibres darken as they collect debris.
