Ceiling Fan Duster 7FT Reach

The Metra ceiling fan cleaner duster extends from 14.7" to 78" with a four-section aluminum pole and one interchangeable microfiber head. It is designed for household and automotive dusting tasks including fan blades, vents, dashboards and high window frames. The bendable head adjusts to various angles for corners and narrow gaps.

Suits Ground-Level High Dusting.

This tool fits users who want to clean ceilings, chandeliers, curtains and outdoor cobwebs without a ladder. It also serves for daily surfaces such as cars, televisions and furniture. Buyers needing a rigid brush for deep duct interiors or a powered rotating head should look at other equipment.

78-Inch Maximum Extension Decides Fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the 78-inch fully extended length. If your highest fan blades or crown moulding sit beyond that reach, this duster will not contact them. Conversely, the 14.7-inch collapsed size and hanging hole allow compact storage when the full span is unnecessary.

Questions about this item

Will the 78-inch extension let me dust ceiling fan blades without moving my step ladder?

The pole adjusts from 14.7 inches up to 78 inches, so you can reach high ceiling fans from the floor and leave the ladder folded.

How can I confirm the bendable microfiber head is gripping dust instead of just pushing it around?

After a pass, inspect the triangular-notch head; trapped dust should be visible in the microfiber fingers, and the head can be rinsed clean for the next use.

Does the kit include the 4-section aluminum pole and the washable microfiber head, or must I buy either piece separately?

The box contains one interchangeable microfiber cleaning head and the 4-section aluminum extension pole — no extra parts are required to start cleaning.
