Metra Dishwand Refill with Handle, 6 Non-Scratch Sponge Heads

Product Contents and Intended Use

This Metra Dishwand Refill set includes a handle and six non-scratch sponge heads for everyday kitchen cleaning. It is suited to households that want a ready-to-use system for dishes, pots, glassware and nonstick cookware without keeping hands in dirty water.

Build Quality and Daily Handling

The refills use a double-layer adhesive to secure the sponge to the plastic buckle, reducing the chance of heads detaching during scrubbing. A push-button on the handle releases soap directly through the sponge rather than through holes, giving controlled dispensing. The high-density sponge and cellulose fibres are plant-based and safe for nonstick surfaces.

Practical Limits of the Soap-Dispensing System

The mechanism relies on liquid dish soap loaded into the handle; it will not work with powder, gel tabs or very thick concentrates that cannot flow through the button valve. Only the six included heads are supplied, so additional refills must be purchased separately when the abrasive surface wears down.
