Universal USB Charging Port

The Metra Electronics AXXESS AXUSB-CP adds a powered USB port to any vehicle interior. It mounts under the dash or flush for a clean look and supplies 2.1 amps of charging power. A six-foot cable provides flexible routing to the chosen location. Any device that charges via a standard USB cable can be powered from this port.

Sustained Charging Behaviour

The unit delivers a continuous 2.1 amp output so phones, tablets and other gadgets maintain their charge rate during long journeys. Output does not taper after a short burst, making it reliable for navigation apps and media streaming that keep the screen on. Builders who need multiple simultaneous ports or higher wattage for laptops will require a different solution.
