22" Uneven Surface Floor Squeegee

The Metra Professional AquaFlex is a 22-inch floor squeegee designed for semi-professionals and DIY users who need to clean irregular floors such as tile. Its foam blade conforms to uneven surfaces, moving water, oil and snow without scratching the substrate. The lightweight aluminium frame weighs 0.204 kilograms and measures 5.08 by 5.08 by 53.848 centimeters.

Lock-On Pole Compatibility

The tool uses a Lock-On connection that prevents rotation when attached to compatible Unger poles, giving a secure fit during vigorous use. A universal thread also accepts other Lock-On accessories, though the pole itself is not included. This system lets operators extend their reach for large commercial areas or high RV surfaces without the squeegee twisting loose.

Splash Guard and Capacity

An integrated splash guard keeps liquids directed toward the blade, reducing splatter on walls and baseboards during fast passes. The 22-inch width covers broad swaths on garage floors, warehouse aisles or recreational-vehicle decks, while the flexible foam maintains contact over grout lines and textured coatings. Very heavy debris or deeply pitted concrete may exceed the blade’s conforming ability, requiring a stiffer push broom instead.

Questions about this item

How often will the 22 inch AquaFlex rubber blade need replacing on rough tile?

The conforming blade wears faster on abrasive uneven surfaces; expect to swap it when the edge no longer contacts the floor evenly.

What stops the 22 inch head from spinning on the Unger Lock-On pole during heavy pushes?

The Lock-On connection uses an anti-rotation fit that locks the aluminium channel to the pole so the head cannot twist under load.

Does the aluminium channel get hot or add noticeable weight during all-day use?

At 6.9 ounces the aluminium channel stays light and near ambient temperature even after continuous scrubbing.
