12-count plant-based cleaning kit

The Metra Sisal Hemp Cleaning Kit supplies twelve sponges built from wood cellulose on one side and sisal hemp fibres with coconut husk on the other. The dual-layer construction tackles dishes, bathroom fixtures and general household surfaces without relying on synthetic materials. Each sponge measures 11 L x 4.33 W x 2.36 H inches and the full pack weighs 0.168 kilograms.

Upgrade from synthetic single-use pads

These sponges replace disposable plastic-based scourers that shed microplastics and wear out quickly. The natural fibres resist grease and grime while protecting delicate surfaces such as ceramic, so the switch is worthwhile when you want a reusable option that lasts through repeated washing cycles. FSC certification and PETA approval confirm the materials meet recognised sustainability and cruelty-free standards.

Suited to eco-conscious households

Buyers who prefer plant-based, biodegradable tools for kitchen and bathroom cleaning will find the kit matches that need. Shoppers requiring heavy-duty abrasive pads for baked-on oven residue or industrial-strength degreasing should look at dedicated scouring products instead.
