Palm-Sized Soap-Dispensing Scrubber

The Metra palm brush combines a nylon bristle head with an integrated soap reservoir and push-button valve. It is built for household kitchen use on metal, plastic, tile, wood and non-stick cookware. The medium-firm bristles remove baked-on residue without scratching delicate coatings. A wide-mouth opening allows quick refills with diluted dish soap.

Replaces Separate Bottle and Brush

Users who currently keep a liquid-soap bottle beside a standalone scrubber can consolidate both tools into this single unit. The calibrated pump releases a measured drop per press, reducing waste and eliminating the need to reach for a separate dispenser. The upgrade is most valuable where sink space is limited or where frequent soap application is preferred during a single cleaning session.

Manual Pump Limits Dispensing Control

The soap-flow rate depends entirely on finger pressure and the viscosity of the diluted mixture inside the 0.07 kg reservoir. Very thick gels may clog the valve unless thinned with water, and the mechanism offers no adjustable metering beyond the force applied. Buyers who need precise volume control or hands-free operation will find the fixed-output design restrictive.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the Metra palm brush so I know if it fits my sink caddy?

The brush measures 6.8 cm long, 9.4 cm wide and 9.8 cm high, which is 3.93 by 3.93 by 5.9 inches.

How do I fill the soap reservoir without it leaking, and what is the mistake to avoid?

Unscrew the wide-mouth cap, pour in diluted dish soap, then tighten the cap fully; the common error is leaving the cap loose, which lets soap leak during scrubbing.

When do the nylon bristles need replacing and how can I tell?

Replace the brush when the medium-firm nylon bristles become permanently flattened, frayed or no longer spring back, which reduces scrubbing power on metal, plastic, tile and wood surfaces.
