8.00 mm Cutting Length and 90-Degree Angle

The tool provides an 8.00 mm length of cut, giving enough reach for shallow to medium-depth engraving passes. The fixed 90-degree included angle determines the groove geometry and limits the maximum width at a given depth. Carbide hardness maintains edge integrity in steel, aluminium and plastics, but the single-flute design restricts material removal rates compared to multi-flute cutters. Very deep or wide profiles will require multiple passes or a different tool form.
