15" Copilot+ PC with Snapdragon X2 Elite

The Microsoft Surface Laptop 8 EP2-60285 is a 15-inch touchscreen notebook built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite platform. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and integrates Copilot+ PC capabilities for on-device AI workloads. The 32 GB memory and 1 TB SSD provide a high-capacity foundation for demanding multitasking and local data storage.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This configuration suits professionals who need a large, high-resolution PixelSense display and 32 GB of unified memory for complex workflows. Buyers who want more storage than 1 TB or a lighter chassis than 5.5 lbs should look at other models. The fixed memory means users who anticipate needing more than 32 GB cannot upgrade later.

Deciding specification: 32 GB unified memory

The single specification that decides fit is the 32 GB unified memory paired with the Snapdragon X2 Elite processor. This capacity determines whether the system can hold large datasets and multiple virtual machines without paging. If your workload regularly exceeds 32 GB, this laptop will not meet the requirement.
