13.8-inch Surface Laptop with Core Ultra 5

This 13.8-inch Surface Laptop runs on an Intel Core Ultra 5 processor with 32 GB of memory and a 512 GB SSD. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and includes a built-in webcam and Wi-Fi. The chassis comes in black and weighs 4.3 lbs. It is aimed at professionals who need a compact, capable notebook for daily productivity.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

The 32 GB memory and 512 GB SSD suit users who run multiple applications and store large files locally. Buyers who need more storage capacity or a larger display should consider other models. The integrated graphics are not intended for heavy 3D rendering or high-end gaming workloads.

Deciding specification: 32 GB memory

The 32 GB memory configuration is the key figure that determines whether this laptop matches your workload. It enables smooth multitasking with large datasets, virtual machines or creative suites. If your typical usage stays well below this capacity, a lower-memory model may meet your needs at a lower cost.
