Microsoft Surface Pro 4 SU3-00001 12.3" tablet 128GB 4GB Intel Core M3 Silver

Refurbished 12.3" Windows tablet with Core M3

This refurbished Microsoft Surface Pro 4 runs Windows 10 Pro on a dual-core Intel Core M3 processor with 4 GB of memory and a 128 GB solid-state drive. The 12.3 inch touchscreen displays at 2736 x 1824 resolution using Intel HD Graphics 515. It suits professionals who need a lightweight pen-enabled device for office applications and web browsing.

Setup and common issues

The tablet arrives with Windows 10 Pro already installed so initial configuration follows the standard out-of-box experience. Connect to an 802.11ac network, sign in with a Microsoft account and install driver updates through Windows Update. The single USB 3.0 port limits peripheral expansion; a hub is often required when a keyboard, mouse and external storage are used together. Battery wear is typical for a refurbished unit and may reduce unplugged runtime.

Wireless and storage limits

Wireless connectivity uses 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 only; there is no cellular modem so internet access requires a nearby hotspot or router. The 128 GB drive cannot be upgraded internally and shared graphics memory reduces the RAM available to applications. Heavier workloads such as video editing or modern gaming will exceed the capabilities of the Core M3 processor and integrated graphics.
