Purpose-built convertible

This Microsoft Surface Pro MS-EP2-23855/RB is a 2-in-1 laptop with a 13.0" 2880 x 1920 touchscreen, Snapdragon X Elite 12-core processor, 16GB memory and 1TB SSD. The graphite convertible runs Windows 11 Home and includes the Surface Pro Keyboard with Slim Pen. It is a refurbished unit aimed at content creation and mainstream personal use.

Buyer fit

Suits users who want a light 1.97 lb detachable with Wi-Fi 7, dual USB Type-C ports and Copilot+ PC AI features for everyday productivity and inking. Not for buyers who need discrete graphics, expandable storage, additional USB-A or video outputs, or a machine validated for heavy sustained gaming workloads.

Deciding specification

The integrated Adreno GPU uses shared system memory rather than dedicated video memory, so graphics performance scales with the 16GB RAM pool and cannot be upgraded later.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the 13.0" Surface Pro so I can check if it fits my sleeve?

The tablet measures 11.3" wide, 8.2" deep and .4" thick, weighing 1.97 lbs without the keyboard attached.

How do I attach the Surface Pro Keyboard and Slim Pen, and what step do people miss?

Align the keyboard's magnetic connector with the bottom edge of the tablet until it clicks; the Slim Pen then snaps into the keyboard's storage tray for charging — people often forget to pair the pen in Bluetooth settings before first use.

When will the 16GB memory or 1TB SSD need replacement in this Copilot+ PC?

Both components are soldered to the mainboard and cannot be upgraded; plan on replacing the entire device if storage fills or memory becomes insufficient for future Windows 11 updates.
