Trim-head screws for rack mounting

These 10-32 trim-head screws measure 0.75 inches long and include a factory-installed nylon washer. The black-oxide finish provides corrosion resistance and a classic appearance. They are supplied in a jar of 500 pieces for professional rack installations. The Philips drive allows quick fastening with standard tools.

Verify thread and length compatibility

Confirm that your rack rails or equipment ears accept 10-32 threads before ordering. The 0.75-inch length must suit the material thickness you are securing. Ensure a Philips driver is available for installation. The nylon washer helps protect painted surfaces during tightening.

Black-oxide finish with nylon washer

The black-oxide coating resists wear and matches traditional rack hardware aesthetics. A captive nylon washer distributes clamping force and prevents marring of rack surfaces. The trim-head profile sits flush for a clean look on exposed hardware. Packaged in a 500-count jar for easy storage and bulk use.

Questions about this item
