Brass wing nuts, 10-pack

This pack contains ten wing nuts made from brass with a 1/4"-20 thread. They are designed for fastening tasks where frequent hand adjustment or removal is needed. The winged head allows tightening and loosening without tools. Suitable for general hardware, automotive and workshop applications.

Capacity and headroom

The ten-piece quantity covers multiple connection points or provides spares for ongoing maintenance. Brass construction resists corrosion in typical indoor and outdoor environments. The threads engage standard 1/4"-20 bolts or studs. Not suited for high-vibration structural joints that require prevailing-torque or locking fasteners.

Build fit

Each nut installs by hand, freeing a wrench or socket for other tasks. Brass material avoids galvanic reaction when paired with stainless or plated steel hardware. The low-profile wings clear tight spaces better than hex nuts with separate washers. California Proposition 65 warnings apply for listed chemicals.

Questions about this item

Will the 1/4"-20 threads on these brass wing nuts match the bolts I already have?

The 1/4"-20 thread pitch is a standard coarse size, so these wing nuts will fit any bolt or stud with the same 1/4"-20 specification.

How can I confirm the brass wing nuts are seating correctly after hand-tightening?

Turn the wings by hand until the nut contacts the mating surface firmly; the extended wings give enough leverage to feel when full engagement is reached without tools.

Does the 10-pack include any washers or only the wing nuts themselves?

The package contains ten 1/4"-20 brass wing nuts and no additional washers or hardware.
