Brass Open S Hooks 15 Pack

This 15 pack of brass open S hooks suits light to medium hanging tasks around the home. Each hook measures 3/32 inch by 5/16 inch by 1 inch. The brass construction resists corrosion in damp areas. They connect chain, rope or hardware with a simple hook-to-hook or hook-to-eye link.

Homeowners and light-duty users

These hooks work for decorators, organisers and DIYers who need quick, removable attachment points. They are not suited for structural loads, overhead lifting or permanent mounting where a closed eye or bolted fastener is required. Buyers needing rated working-load limits or stainless steel for marine use should look at other hardware.

Pack quantity 15 pieces

The pack contains exactly 15 hooks, model number 60701. This count determines whether the box covers a single project or multiple rooms. California Proposition 65 warnings apply because the brass alloy contains listed chemicals.

Questions about this item

What hook-to-hook, eye-to-eye, or hook-to-eye connections does the open S shape support?

The open S design lets you link chain, rope or hardware directly hook-to-hook, eye-to-eye or hook-to-eye for medium to heavy duty home use.

What diameter rod or chain link fits the 3/32" x 5/16" opening?

The 3/32 by 5/16 inch opening accepts chain links, wire or rod up to roughly 5/16 inch thick.

How do you install these brass S hooks without tools, and what mistake should you avoid?

Slide the open end onto the mounting point by hand; do not hammer or bend the hook closed, as brass can deform.
