Pack Contents

This pack contains 20 aluminum turn buttons supplied by Midwest Fastener Corp under part number 66084. They are intended for fastening panels, covers or access doors in automotive, marine or general hardware applications. The buttons suit DIYers and technicians who need a reusable, tool-free latch.

Installation Notes

Each button snaps into a pre-drilled hole and locks with a quarter turn of the integrated head. The only common issue is drilling the hole too large, which prevents the spring legs from gripping. No tools are required once the correct hole size is prepared.

Pre-Order Check

Verify that your panel material and thickness match the button's clamping range before ordering. Confirm the required hole diameter from the manufacturer's data sheet to ensure a secure fit. Buyers who need a different head style or a locking mechanism should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the turn buttons are functioning correctly after installation?

After fitting each button, rotate the head a full quarter-turn; it should snap securely into the locked position and release cleanly when turned back, confirming the spring mechanism works on all twenty pieces.

What comes in the package and what additional items might I need?

The box contains twenty aluminum turn buttons, part number 66084; mounting screws or rivets are not included and must be purchased separately to suit your panel thickness.

Which pack size should I select for my project?

Only the twenty-piece pack (66084) is offered, so choose it when you need roughly that quantity; for larger jobs simply order multiple packs.
