Swivel glides for furniture leveling

This pack supplies six nickel-finished swivel glides with a 1/4"-20 coarse thread and one-inch stem length. They are designed to protect floors and allow easy repositioning of chairs, tables or light equipment. The swivel base compensates for uneven surfaces. Condition is new.

Thread specification determines fit

The critical detail is the 1/4"-20 coarse thread pattern, which must match the existing threaded insert or T-nut in the furniture leg. A mismatched thread pitch or diameter will prevent installation, so verify the host hardware before ordering.

Suits light-duty leveling needs

These glides suit DIYers, repair shops or facilities teams replacing worn feet on office chairs, workbenches or retail fixtures. Buyers needing metric threads, a different stem length or heavy-duty load ratings should look at other hardware options.

Questions about this item

How does the 1/4"-20 thread size affect what furniture these glides will fit?

The 1/4"-20 coarse thread matches standard inserts found on many chairs, tables and shelving units, so the glides screw directly into those existing holes.

What does the nickel finish do for corrosion resistance in everyday use?

Nickel plating provides a hard, wear-resistant surface that resists rust and tarnish on indoor furniture legs.

What clearance is needed under the furniture for the swivel base to rotate freely?

The swivel base requires a flat floor surface with enough room for the glide to pivot without hitting adjacent legs or obstacles.
