MIDWEST FASTENER CORP 69304 Blind Nut Insert #10-32 Aluminum 10 PK

Blind Nut Insert #10-32 Aluminum Pack

This pack contains ten blind nut inserts manufactured by Midwest Fastener Corp. Each insert provides a #10-32 internal thread and installs from one side of the workpiece. They suit automotive, fabrication and general repair tasks where rear access is limited.

One-Side Installation Constraint

The rivet-nut design anchors entirely from the front, so you cannot use it where through-bolting with a standard nut is possible or required. The aluminum body resists corrosion but offers lower shear strength than steel alternatives, limiting use in high-stress structural joints.

Check Thread Compatibility And Tooling

Verify that the mating hardware uses #10-32 threads before ordering. You will need a rivet-nut setting tool capable of collapsing the insert body; hand tools for larger or smaller thread sizes will not work with this diameter.
