Industrial Floor Marking Tape

This continuous roll of yellow vinyl tape is designed for floor marking in industrial and commercial settings. It measures six inches wide and one hundred feet long with a fifty mil thickness. The solid colour carries no printed legend and is non-retroreflective.

Durable Vinyl Construction

The fifty mil vinyl provides resistance to abrasion and heavy foot or vehicle traffic. Its rubber-based adhesive bonds to clean concrete and similar surfaces without additional fasteners. The material is not glow-in-the-dark and has no reflective grade.

Surface Preparation Required

Verify that the floor is dry, clean and free of oil or dust before application. The tape is restricted from sale in certain states so confirm local compliance. No installation hardware or legend printing is included.

Questions about this item

How often will the 50 mil vinyl tape need replacing in a busy aisle?

The 50 mil thickness is designed for heavy industrial traffic and resists tearing, so replacement depends on specific wear conditions rather than a fixed schedule.

What is the maximum continuous length I can apply from the 100 ft roll before needing a splice?

The roll provides 100 ft of continuous tape, allowing long runs without splices; the practical limit is the roll length itself.

Does the vinyl material become soft or emit odour when the floor heats up during all-day operations?

The vinyl construction is formulated for durability in industrial environments and does not become tacky or release odour under normal floor temperatures.
