Industrial floor marking tape for visual safety

Mighty Line 6RWCHV is a continuous vinyl roll designed to create clear, striped pathways in warehouses, factories and commercial facilities. The black-and-white pattern provides high-contrast boundaries that help direct foot traffic and equipment movement. Supplied in a single 100 ft length, it suits large-area marking projects without frequent roll changes.

Adhesion depends on surface preparation

The 50 mil vinyl construction resists abrasion from pallet jacks and forklift tyres, yet the tape remains a pressure-sensitive adhesive product. Bond strength varies with floor cleanliness, moisture, temperature swings and chemical exposure. It is non-reflective and does not glow in darkness, so low-light visibility relies on ambient illumination alone.

Verify floor compatibility

Confirm the substrate is clean, dry and free of sealers or coatings that could prevent adhesion. Check whether local safety codes require retroreflective or photoluminescent markings for the intended aisles or hazard zones. This roll carries no legend text, so any required wording must be added separately.

This roll is 6 in wide and 100 ft long, giving a single continuous stripe for long aisles or large zones.

How does the 50 mil thickness hold up under traffic?

At 50 mil the vinyl resists scuffing from foot traffic and light wheeled equipment without tearing.

Is the tape reflective or glow-in-the-dark for low-light areas?

The tape is non-reflective and does not glow in the dark; it relies on the black and white contrast for visibility.
