Two-Tray Set for Home Bars

The Mind Reader ice cube tray set includes two flexible silicone moulds, each forming 15 cubes for a total of 30 pieces per freeze. Food-grade, BPA-free material makes them safe for whisky, cocktails, baby food or chocolate. Trays withstand temperatures from -40°F to 428°F, so they move between freezer, microwave and dishwasher without damage.

Stackable Trays with Sealing Lids

Each 7.3" x 5.1" x 1.2" tray fits a removable silicone lid that locks out freezer odours and prevents spills when stacked. Individual cubes measure 1.5" x 1.2" x .7", yielding roughly one tablespoon per piece. Flexible walls allow cubes to be pushed out from the bottom without twisting or cracking the mould.

Wide Temperature Range for Daily Use

Silicone construction stays pliable at -40°F and remains stable up to 428°F, letting you freeze, microwave or wash in the dishwasher. No metal brushes are needed; a quick rinse removes residue. Fill below the lid line to avoid cubes fusing together, then twist gently for clean release every time.

Questions about this item

What overall dimensions does the 7.3 x 5.1 x 1.2 inch tray need in the freezer?

The tray measures 7.3 inches long, 5.1 inches wide and 1.2 inches high, so reserve a flat shelf area at least that large and keep it level to prevent overflow.

How many cubes does the set of 2 produce, and what volume is each cube?

Two trays yield 30 cubes total; each cube is 1.5 x 1.2 x .7 inches, roughly one tablespoon.

What is the correct way to fill and release the cubes so the lid does not stick?

Fill just below the water-level line, snap the lid on, freeze flat, then twist the flexible silicone tray and push from the bottom to pop cubes out cleanly.
