Battery Holder Kit for Excalibur

This Minelab kit replaces the original power pack on Excalibur-series metal detectors. It holds eight AA cells so you can swap fresh batteries in the field without tools. The pack is built for detectorists who want a reliable backup during long hunts.

Holds eight AA batteries

The single specification that decides fit is the eight-AA capacity matching the factory pack. No other cell count or chemistry is supported by this holder. If your detector requires a different voltage or form factor this kit will not work.

Drops into the Excalibur battery compartment

The holder slides into the existing cavity and uses the detector’s own contacts, so no wiring or adapter is needed. It frees you from carrying a proprietary rechargeable pack and lets you use off-the-shelf AA cells anywhere. Builders needing a built-in rechargeable solution or a different voltage should look elsewhere.
