Compact eyeglass repair kit

The MINGFIX kit bundles 10 magnetic screwdriver bits, 15 screw sizes, 12 silicone nose-pad pairs, a curved tweezer and a cleaning cloth inside a 24-compartment travel case. It is designed for spectacle wearers who want a single portable set for hinge, frame and nose-pad fixes at home or on the move.

Check your frames before ordering

Verify that your glasses use screw diameters matching the 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm or 3.0 mm bits supplied. The assortment covers common Phillips and flat-head sizes but will not suit proprietary or oversized fasteners found on some designer or sports frames.

Magnetic bits and organised case

Magnetic tips hold tiny screws during insertion, reducing dropped parts. The 24-grid box keeps each screw, washer, nut and nose-pad pair separated so components stay sorted in a bag or glove compartment. The curved tweezer aids placement of nose pads and small hardware in tight joints.

Questions about this item

What comes in the MINGFIX kit and do I need to buy anything else?

The kit includes 10 magnetic screwdriver bits (1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm Phillips and flathead), 15 assorted screw sizes, 2 washer sizes, 1 screw nut, 12 pairs of silicone nose pads, a curved tweezer, a cleaning cloth, and a 24-compartment travel case. No extra tools are required.

Which bit sizes should I pick for my glasses?

The 10 bits cover 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm in both Phillips and flathead profiles. Match the bit to the screw head on your frames; the magnetic tips hold tiny screws securely while you work.

How does the magnetic bit set help when I'm actually fixing frames?

The magnetic tips on all 10 bits grab and hold the 15 supplied screw sizes so they don't drop during hinge, nose-pad, or frameless repairs. The 24-grid case keeps every screw, washer, nut, and the 12 nose-pad pairs organised and ready to use.
