Warranty extension for Minuteman UPS

This extended warranty covers parts and labour for the fourth and fifth years of ownership. It applies to selected Minuteman UPS models including CPE2000, CPE3000 and EnterprisePlus E2000RM2U units. Buyers who need coverage beyond the standard three-year period can add this agreement at purchase or during the original warranty term.

Replaces standard three-year coverage

The agreement takes effect after the manufacturer's original warranty expires, adding two more years of service. The jump is worth it when uptime is critical and a hardware failure in year four or five would disrupt operations. Buyers who expect to replace the UPS within three years or who rely on a different service contract will not benefit from this extension.

Service response over the extended period

The contract provides physical maintenance with parts and labour for the full two-year duration. Coverage remains consistent regardless of load cycles or battery age during the fourth and fifth years. Organisations that run their UPS at high utilisation continuously receive the same service terms as lighter-duty installations.
