It is sold individually as a new component.

Compatibility requirements

Suitable for owners of MFZ-KJ09NA-U1, MFZ-KJ12NA-U1, MFZKJ-15NA-U1, or MFZ-KJ18NA-U1 indoor units needing a factory remote. Also fits NTXFKS and NAXFKS series units ending in 09, 12, 15, or 18 with the 112 designation. Buyers with other Mitsubishi models or different brands require a different controller. Universal remotes lack the full feature set of this genuine part.

Model-specific fit

The single specification that decides fit is the exact indoor unit model number. This remote functions only with the listed MFZ-KJ, NTXFKS, and NAXFKS units. Wall brackets and other accessories are separate purchases. Verify your unit model against the compatibility list before ordering.

Questions about this item

How often should I replace the batteries in the T2WEDW426 remote?

Battery life depends on daily usage; typical alkaline cells last several months under normal operation. Replace them when the display dims or commands fail to register.

What limits continuous operation of the T2WEDW426 during all-day use?

The remote itself has no thermal or duty-cycle limit; sustained use is constrained only by battery capacity and the indoor unit's own protection logic.

Does the T2WEDW426 generate noticeable heat or noise when used continuously?

The handset produces no audible noise and negligible heat; it draws minimal current only while buttons are pressed.
