Two-Panel Loden Blackout Drapes

These MIULEE curtains arrive as a pair of 84-inch-long panels, each 40 inches wide, in a Loden colourway. A dual-layer construction pairs a linen-blend face fabric with a white blackout coating that blocks 100 percent of sunlight and UV rays. The lining adds thermal insulation for summer and winter comfort while reducing outside noise. Pinch pleats and memory shaping give a tailored, wrinkle-resistant hang.

Bedrooms and Media Rooms Seeking Total Darkness

The blackout lining suits shift workers, nurseries, and anyone who needs complete light control and privacy. The thermal layer helps regulate room temperature year-round. They are less suited to renters who cannot install hardware, spaces that require sheer or light-filtering fabric, or windows wider than the combined panel coverage.

Pinch Pleat Heading with Adjustable Hooks

Each panel features seven permanent pinch pleats formed with 1.6 times fabric fullness and steam-set at 248°F for 60 minutes. Twelve adjustable hooks per panel allow a 12-inch height range for custom positioning. The fabric blends 30 percent linen with 70 percent polyester for durability and a natural drape. Two weighted corners keep the hem hanging straight.

Questions about this item

What curtain rod diameter works with the 12 adjustable hooks included with these panels?

The 12 included hooks are designed for standard pinch-pleat rods and rings; they adjust up to 12 inches so you can set the exact hanging height on your existing hardware.

Will the 30% linen / 70% polyester blend still hang straight if I keep my current lightweight rod brackets?

Two 12 g weighted corners on each 84-inch panel keep the fabric hanging gallery-straight even on lighter brackets, while the memory-trained pleats resist wrinkles after steam shaping at 248 °F.

How can I verify the 100% blackout claim once the curtains are installed?

In daylight, no light should penetrate the white blackout coating; the room will be completely dark and you will notice reduced outside noise and more stable temperature thanks to the dual-layer construction.
