Product overview

This pack contains fifty single-use face masks built with a three-layer structure. The outer layer is blue polypropylene non-woven fabric, the middle layer is a melt-blown filter, and the inner layer is white polypropylene non-woven fabric. The design suits adults for everyday activities such as work, travel or visiting a patient. Each mask measures 17.5 by 9.5 centimetres and uses elastic ear loops for securing.

Filtration limits

The melt-blown middle layer provides pathogen filtering to block both exhaled and inhaled airborne droplets from coughing, sneezing and respiration. The mask expands to a width of 165 millimetres while the post-stack width is 95 millimetres with three stacks each at least 10 millimetres wide. The nose clip exceeds 80 millimetres in length and is positioned no more than 16 millimetres from the upper edge. These dimensions define the coverage area and seal capability of the standard design.

Fit and usage checks

Verify that the 17.5 by 9.5 centimetre size and 180 millimetre ear loops suit the intended wearer before ordering. The ear loops are welded to the inner layer within 10 millimetres of the edge and have a 3 millimetre diameter. The support part width does not exceed 10 millimetres. Masks are individually wrapped and supplied in a polyethylene film bag containing fifty pieces. This product is disposable and intended for single use only.
