Smart WiFi water leak detector with 48 probe

The Mobi Smart WiFi Water Leak Detector 70265 monitors for water in basements, kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms. It connects directly to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network without a separate hub. The package includes one sensor with a 48 extension probe for placement under appliances or near sump pumps. Homeowners and renters receive instant alerts through the Mobi Smart App.

Battery-powered sensor

The unit runs on battery power and provides continuous 24 7 monitoring with both audio and visual alarms on the device itself. Leak notifications are pushed to the smartphone app immediately when water contacts the probe. No hub is required, keeping installation simple and power draw minimal during normal standby operation.

Expandable system supports over 100 sensors

Under sustained wet conditions the built-in alarm continues sounding while the app maintains real-time alert delivery. The platform allows users to connect and manage more than 100 sensors through a single app for comprehensive property protection. Smart automation rules can trigger other connected devices such as pumps or additional alarms when a leak is detected.

Questions about this item

How do I connect the detector to my 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network without a hub?

Download the MOBI Smart App, power on the detector, and follow the in-app steps to join your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi; no separate hub is required.

What maintenance will the 48 extension probe need over time?

Wipe the probe contacts occasionally to remove mineral build-up and test the sensor with water every few months to confirm it still triggers alerts.

How many sensors can I manage in the app before hitting the system limit?

The MOBI Smart App supports up to 100 sensors on one account, so you can add detectors throughout the home without reaching that ceiling.
