  • Complete quests your way: win the tournament or cause mayhem
  • Dark comedy narrative packed with pop-culture references
  • Play as Guy and Buddy with minstrels and holy hand grenades
  • New physical copy for Xbox Series X (MPN 351709)

Open-world medieval action comedy

Rustler drops you into a medieval sandbox where classic top-down Grand Theft Auto gameplay meets Monty Python humour. You play Guy, a petty thug chasing the princess’s hand in marriage through a tournament that quickly spirals into holy hand grenades, pimped horses and a personal minstrel. The world reacts to chaos with guards, peasants and rival knights all fair game for theft or violence.

Players who want irreverent sandbox mayhem

The game suits anyone who enjoys open-ended missions, dark comedy and pop-culture parody without taking itself seriously. It is not for players seeking historical accuracy, deep RPG progression or a serious narrative tone. Buyers who prefer structured linear campaigns or realistic medieval simulation should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Does the Rustler game need any extra accessories or hardware to play on my Xbox Series X?

No, the disc works with the standard Xbox Series X console and controller. No additional peripherals or subscriptions are required to start playing.

Will my existing Xbox One save files or discs carry over to this Xbox Series X version of Rustler?

This is a dedicated Xbox Series X release. Cross-generation save transfers or disc compatibility are not supported, so progress from Xbox One versions cannot be imported.

How can I confirm Rustler is running correctly on my Xbox Series X after installation?

The game should launch to the main menu without errors, display the medieval open world, and let you control Guy and Buddy through quests and combat using the standard controller layout.
