3-Piece Teak Patio Set

The Modway Brisbane collection furnishes a porch or poolside with a loveseat, an armchair and a square coffee table. All pieces are built from Grade A premium teak chosen for natural durability outdoors. Cushions use Sunproof fabric that resists sun, stains, water and fading and can be machine washed. Non-marking plastic foot glides protect decking and patio surfaces.

Who This Suits and Who Should Look Elsewhere

Buyers wanting a compact conversation group for outdoor entertaining will find the set fits the purpose. The teak frame and all-weather cushions handle seasonal exposure without covers. Shoppers needing modular sectional pieces, a dining-height table or furniture made from metal or synthetic rattan should consider other ranges.

Grade A Teak Frame

The entire structure is made from Grade A premium teak, a dense hardwood that withstands rain, heat and humidity without warping. This single material choice determines how long the set retains its strength and appearance in open-air conditions.

Questions about this item

What base surface is needed for the 11-inch leg height and plastic foot glides on the loveseat and armchair?

The 11-inch leg height and non-marking plastic foot glides on both the loveseat and armchair are designed for hard, level surfaces such as decking, patio pavers or concrete; they are not intended for soft grass or loose gravel.

Can the 15.5-inch high coffee table serve as a footrest for the 17-inch seat height of the loveseat and armchair?

Yes, the coffee table top sits at 15.5 inches, just 1.5 inches below the 17-inch seat height of both the loveseat and armchair, making it a convenient low footrest or drink surface.

How do I confirm the Grade A teak and Sunproof fabric cushions are performing correctly after assembly?

Check that the teak frames show tight, straight grain with no knots or splits, that cushions sit evenly at the 9.5-inch thickness, and that water beads and rolls off the Sunproof fabric covers without soaking in.
